From the More with Less Cookbook, pg. 142:
Combine in large bowl:
1 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
When dissolved, add:
1 T. sugar
1.5 t. salt
2 T. vegetable oil
1.25 c. flour
Beat until smooth. Add:
2 c. additional flour, or enough to make stiff dough. Knead until elastic, about five minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise until double, about 45 minutes. Form 2 balls. Pat and stretch to fill 2 greased pizza pans. Let rise ten minutes.
This is seriously the best crust. I use it over and over again!

Thanks for the recipe, I have bookmarked it. Frozen pizzas are so greasy sometimes, I'd like to try to make my own :)
