In my neverending quest for good health, I have decided that walking has taken me as far as it can.  I'd like to start running using the Couch to 5k program.  Now, I am in great shape for a walker, but I am certainly no runner.  The Couch to 5k program has you jog for 60 seconds at a time at the beginning.  I'm working my way up to that.  :P
